1x COA (Certificate of Authenticity)

1x CBCS Yellow Label Grading (be sure to choose the grading option)
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT YOUR OWN BOOK FOR SIGNING......
1. Prepping your books for signatures:
Books must have a window cut out for your chosen signature placement or placed in a signature window bag. A REALLY good video on how to cut signature windows for books is here on YouTube.
2. Please include the following info on the backing board of each book:
- Full Name
- Order #
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Preferred Ink Color
3. Please mail your book to the following address:

4. Once signed, your book(s) will be shipped back within 10 business days
- or- book(s) will be sent to CBCS for Yellow Label Grading (if you chose the grading option)
